Ever since I started coming here I've been more motivated, I've lost a total of 112pds. Ms.Chandran showed me what to eat and was so kind to me. The staff at Casa Maria are so kind and welcoming. They don't judge. I love Casa Maria. My nutritionist, the doctor's, the case managers, the security, and the receptionists really care. This is honestly the best place to come in Bronx area.

Reviews are misleading ! I gave this office a try frantically searching For a quick physical and have been going here ever since. When I say it is the most friendliest atmosphere I’ve ever experienced at a doctor’s office. All these clinics talk about treating their clients like family, but they really do. My daughter went from being scared of the doctor to absolutely loving it and she’s low-key a little celebrity there . Please don’t let the surrounding environment discourage you from giving them a try !! I have been going to them for two years and I have not one Complaint at all . I first came here during a dark transitional time in my life and found no judgment no side eye unlike some other offices .. I just received encouragement, congrats & im proud of yous They have a variety of highly trained nurses who exceed in Customer Service and hospitality. The moment you get to the front door, you’ll be greeted to the moment you leave with nothing but smiles and laughter. They have both female AND MALE nurses who are amazing with children. ( if you have a son you’ll love him . He’s an Amazing nurse!!! He talked my baby down from her fears and she took her shots like a champ !!) C

Casa Maria community health center has the best customer service, as well for their wonderful providers an all staff members that attended to all my need's and wish. The front desk was so warm a welcoming when I walked into the facility, the back of the clinic staff was so attentive to me when I walked more into the back of the facility.The program director to all the program an services introduced himself as well an walked me to the waiting room area. As well as the M.A’s they were extremely sweet and kind. The providers were so kind a specific on Exactly what I needed to work on based on my health.The staff member were very expressive on all the specific services and programs that they provide to their cliental. I highly recommend to please go to this Clinic, I think it’s the best in the Bronx.

I have no problems with Casa Maria. Greeted kindly at reception. I've been seen by my primary care physician in a timely and professional manner. My nutritionist Iyona is wonderful. She's recommended a special diet for me and I've lost weight and feel much better. Everyone I encounter is pleasant and greets with a good morning and a smile.
